How it works
TMG's IP Voice, shares a common infrastructure with Cable & Wireless's IP-VPN quality of service, a dedicated IP virtual private network service based on cutting-edge multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) technology. This enables voice and data to be carried on the same network via a single access circuit.

The voice VPN is enabled by software-implemented voice switches (soft switches) in the MPLS network.

Make it possible to do away with site-based call routing, by enabling network-level call routing.

Support all network and business telephony features that you currently rely on in your day-to-day activities

The soft-switches can also integrate a network of traditional PBX's, IP PBX's and traditional IP Centrex systems to deliver IP, digital or analogue telephony where most appropriate.
