To continue the successes of the last 10 years and to allow expansion and growth for the future, three of the founder employees bought the business back into the private sector on September 26th 2007.
This is a very exciting time for us and the control and personality enlisted by these three key employees will now drive us forward again and allow change to be an efficient well executed tool for the businesses to grow.
Acquisition of the business doesn’t change the service provided or the relationships that we have worked hard to build with our clients over the years. The current team dealing with our key accounts, engineers, and management remain the same, with improvement under a new leadership team being the only catalyst for progression.
Sales
Joanne Upton has been with us now in excess of ten years and has previously headed up the sales and account management team. Joanne is now appointed as Sales Director in control of executing a growth strategy for the businesses progression.
Technical
Dave Giles has previously headed up the engineering and service side of the business over the last 10 years. This area is a key core business to TMG Telecom and providing a supportive and efficient customer experience has been and will continue to be an essential part of our success. Dave is now appointed as Technical Director.
Finance
Ross White has expertise in all aspects of financial accounts and previously looked after our billing platform as well as managing the financial side of TMG Telecom. Ross is now appointed as Commercial Director.
