OUR
HISTORY
The company was established
in 1997 by Jeff Williams, Managing
Director, and Ian Leask to take
advantage of de-regulation by
OFTEL in 1996 of telephone maintenance
contracts, most of which had
been supplied by British Telecom.
Steady
Growth
Focusing on customer care and
technical excellence of TMG
staff has delivered steady growth
for TMG Telecom from 1997 to
the present day. TMG Telecom
rapidly became a national telecoms
business delivering maintenance
and new system installations
across the UK.
Listed
on AIMs
In September 2004 TMG was listed
on the Alternative Investment
Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Since then TMG plc have delivered
steady growth through organic
growth and acquisitions such
as Westcom Technical Services
and Clancey Communications.
Management Buyout
In September 2007 TMG Telecom was bought back into the private sector by Joanne Upton, Dave Giles and Ross White. Three existing employees |
